We were expecting 3 foals this spring. We are down to two. Lorette was confirmed in foal to WhirlwindII last year but when I was waiting for the Mares to start to show their pregnancy I became a little suspicious of Lorette's pregnancy. The other two mares finally showed their pregnancy without any doubt but Lorette was still not showing. I had her checked and she was no longer in foal. Very disappointed as this foal was going to be my first Futurity foal and I had great expectations for him/her and this cross. I believe I will breed her back to Whirlwind but yikes thats two years of waiting for that foal.
